The Make-Over Salon
The beginnings of the Make over... Beauty checkers, a small salon in NYC's citadel of Chic, Henri Bendel’s department store, was started by Amy Greene former beauty editor of Glamour Magazine and Charles Reveson (Revlon Cosmetics). Amy, style advisor to such notables as Marilyn Monroe, was the forerunner of the make over. My training as a novice make up artist and skin care specialist, was under this talented Lady. I also studied with Brazilian make p artist for Vogue Magazine, Gui Vrabl.
The key to beautiful make up is bringing out the natural features of the client, her own natural beauty.
During a make up lesson you will learn how to apply make up at home, to bring out your best features.

Film Make-up
On Bruce Nauman's film there were several characters, including a lovely Harlequin played by a petite African American actress, and a Emmet Kelly style clown. Working on this film with Bruce Nauman was an extraordinary experience. This Film is owned by the Art Institute of Chicago.
