Often we can find healthy choices in a variety of situations...I like MacDonald's Asian Salad! with grilled chicken , Mandarin oranges, Lettuce and nuts....we can save a junk food choice for a treat, rather then a typical meal....don"t deny a treat, just add more healthy choices!
