I was fortunate that a friend told me about an aromatherapy treatment for shingles that you had prepared. The formula helped soothe the irritation, and the scent was very calming in general. It seemed to address not only the physical symptoms, but also some of the underlying stress that undoubtedly led to it. It definitely shortened the duration of the infection and made it less painful.
