Raw Honey to taste

1. Heat Broth (organic Chicken or Miso)
Raw garlic - chop 1 to 3 gloves, let sit for 5 minutes. Add to broth after you heat the broth, do not cook the garlic, keep it as raw as possible.
AROMATHERAPY CHEST RUB
1. One ounce dropper bottle
Olive oil - fill the bottle, leaving head room for the essential oils & dropper.
20 drops Lavender - add to bottles, mix.
Apply to chest & sinus area several times a day
